Job summary

Magestic is seeking a Training Specialist to collaborate with department heads to pinpoint training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. You will design customized learning solutions, deliver programs effectively, and evaluate training impact to drive continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes instructional design, adult learning principles, and the potential to develop web-based training. Supervisory experience is preferred and encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in Training, preferably in supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of instructional design, training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Ability to develop web-based training is an advantage but not a requirement.
