• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to search and research information on the Internet and corporate intranet.
• Strong verbal communication with clear, confident speech and appropriate etiquette.
• Strong written communication with professional reports and declination/offer letters.
• Solid interpersonal and collaborative skills, including presentation, facilitation and negotiation.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong time management with multi-tasking and prioritization.
• Ability to interview potential associates and evaluate responses.

Responsibilities

• Sources, recruits and interviews prospective employees for non-exempt positions.
• Determines best avenue for recruiting (advertising, direct contact, referrals, job fairs).
• Matches applicant skills to job responsibilities and administers pre-employment testing and behavioral interviewing.
• Maintains all recruitment records for future reference.
• Partners with site management to forecast recruiting needs and ensure applicant flow.
• Ensures team account targets are met through keep-warm, day 1 show-up and compliance monitoring.
• Monitors attrition and training-related concerns across departments.
• Represents the company in community events and builds external business relationships.
• Supports retention-building activities to achieve related goals.
• Participates in TA process improvement and other projects.
• Supports Recruiting Supervisor in administering all recruiting and employment activities.
