Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Willing to work full onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa. Mid-shift 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (or adjusted).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Operations: manage applicant flow from application to offer, ensure smooth candidate experience.
• Reports Management: maintain daily/weekly/monthly productivity reports and trackers.
• Onboarding: conduct post-offer screenings, coordinate pre-employment requirements, support orientation.
• Others: perform ad hoc tasks and contribute to continuous improvement.
