Job summary

Moog Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment for site roles, with a primary focus on Direct Labor/Touch Labor and high-volume technical positions.

You will source, screen, interview, and present shortlists to hiring managers while ensuring a professional candidate experience. You will coordinate offers in line with Compensation & Benefits guidelines and local labor laws, collaborating with C&B, HR Ops, and regional partners to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR/recruitment experience in multinational corporations, shared services, or manufacturing contexts.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Foundational knowledge of Philippine labor laws relevant to recruitment and selection.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Work Schedule:

Onsite – Baguio City, PH

Direct Labor & Volume Recruitment Execution

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute the end-to-end recruitment process for all assigned site roles, with a primary focus on Direct Labor/Touch Labor and other high-volume technical positions. · Sourcing & Screening: Implement multi-channel sourcing strategies (e.g., job boards, local community sources, referrals) to generate a qualified pipeline. Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to present shortlists for hiring managers. · Candidate Experience: Ensure consistent, high-touch, and professional candidate experience for all applicants from application through offer acceptance. · Offer Management: Coordinate the creation, delivery, and tracking of employment offers, ensuring all details aligned with Compensation & Benefits guidelines and local labor laws in close partnership with C&B Team.

Strategic Pipeline Programs & Community Outreach

• OJT and Apprenticeship Execution: Support the HR Operations & Community Outreach Manager and Regional Recruitment Manager in executing the operational aspects of the On-the-Job Training (OJT) and Apprenticeship, university partnerships/events and community events.

Recruitment Operations & Compliance

• Workday Data Integrity: Manage Workday’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data for the site, ensuring all requisitions, candidate statuses, and hiring metrics are accurately and timely maintained.
• Compliance: Ensure all site recruitment practices comply with internal policies, data privacy regulations, and local labor laws (e.g., proper documentation of interview evaluations, assessments and offers)

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Hiring Manager Partnership: Consult with and coach hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate assessment best practices, and the appropriate selection process for high-volume roles, acting as a talent partner and advisor
• Regional Alignment: Coordinate closely with the Regional Recruitment Manager - APAC to align site sourcing tactics with regional talent strategies and systems.
• Corporate TA Alignment: Interface with the broader global TA team as an active participant of Moog’s global Recruiting/Talent Community of Practice.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, specializing in Recruitment, gained in multinational corporations, shared services environments, or manufacturing operations
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Foundational knowledge of Philippine labor laws related to recruitment and selection.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; analytical and problem-solving skills; organizational ability.
