Job summary

OneLot Financing Corporation is seeking a Recruitment & People Operations Specialist to strengthen People foundations, support hiring, onboarding, and offboarding, and ensure accurate data management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in recruitment, People Operations, or a generalist HR role.
• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management.
• Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding with strong documentation discipline.
• Strong data management skills with high accuracy and integrity.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel, with recruitment metrics and HR systems knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor standards, DOLE requirements, and common statutory HR obligations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hiring intake with managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions, screening criteria, and sourcing approaches
• Proactively source and assess candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
• Conduct initial interviews, coordinate succeeding interview stages, and communicate with candidates
• Coordinate offers, reference and background checks, and other pre-employment requirements
• Monitor hiring progress against timelines and address sourcing challenges and delays
• Maintain recruitment data, ATS records, interview notes, and KPIs
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, including pre-employment requirements and first-day readiness
• Coordinate end-to-end offboarding, including clearance and access removal
• Maintain accurate employee information and records
• Support routine People Operations needs per established processes and policies
