Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to act as the central coordinator for interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding support in a high-volume recruitment environment.

You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and onboarding teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processes from application to start date. This role emphasizes execution, attention to detail, and strong communication across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR administration, onboarding support, or a related coordination role.
• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
• Experience generating offer letters and supporting recruiting administration activities is preferred.
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (Workday Recruiting strongly preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of interview scheduling across the recruiting organization, coordinating calendars between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Manage complex scheduling requests while ensuring speed, accuracy, and a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate interview confirmations, reschedules, cancellations, and candidate communications in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor scheduling-related SLAs to ensure interview activity progresses without delay.
• Support recruiters by managing administrative recruiting activities that increase recruiter capacity and efficiency.
• Maintain interview records, candidate files, and recruiting documentation within Workday ATS.
• Track and facilitate candidate movement throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely progression through recruiting stages.
