Job summary

Prudential plc is seeking a Recruitment Operations Specialist to support the agency recruitment and distribution expansion pillars through administrative and operational duties in Manila. You will manage recruitment processes, coordinate schedules, maintain records, and generate timely reports.

You will also assist in training coordination, sales management support, and program administration while ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• College graduate with degree in business management, marketing, communications or related field.
• Knowledge of insurance industry processes, plans and RI.
• Industry certifications such as FLMI, CTEP, or CWP.
• Proven sales management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Minimum 5 years in sales management or training, preferably in life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support- Coordinate and administer screening of documents, interview scheduling, candidate progress tracking, and feedback on results.
• Training Coordination- Assist facilitators in organizing program events, attendance tracking, and materials preparation.
• Sales Management Support- Monitor performance, collect data, and prepare reports; support managers in sales initiatives.
• Reporting and Documentation- Maintain records and prepare timely program evaluation reports.
• Program Administration- Manage day-to-day operations, communications, and align program effectiveness with managers and trainers.
• Compliance- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards, report issues to Compliance Officer.
• Perform other functions as assigned
