Job summary

Pru Life UK, part of Prudential, is seeking a Recruitment Operations Specialist to manage recruitment data, build dashboards, and monitor funnel performance. You will prepare reports and support analytics across campaigns, channels, and onboarding processes.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, maintaining data quality, and enhancing reporting tools to drive recruitment efficiency in a financial services context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or college degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally in insurance/financial services or sales recruitment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI; Python or R a plus.
• Experience with CRM or ATS platforms (Salesforce, Workday).
• Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and funnel metrics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Project management and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor recruitment funnel performance across recruitment channels and campaigns.
• Prepare recurring dashboards, scorecards, and reports to track key recruitment metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, onboarding progress, and recruiter productivity.
• Monitor candidate movement across the recruitment funnel and identify candidate drop-off points and engagement opportunities.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management reports and performance updates.
• Assist in maintaining automated reporting tools and dashboards to improve reporting efficiency.
• Provide data, reports, and analytical support for recruitment initiatives, campaigns, and business reviews.
• Support business discussions by providing relevant recruitment and operational data.
• Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of recruitment-related data and reports.
• Perform regular data validation and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Document reporting processes, definitions, and data requirements.
• Support projects and process improvements in recruitment operations.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, reporting databases, and tracking tools.

Job Responsibilities

Recruitment Data Analysis and Reporting

• Monitor recruitment funnel performance across recruitment channels and campaigns

Data Management and Quality Assurance

• Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of recruitment-related data and reports
• Perform regular data validation and reconciliation activities to ensure reporting accuracy
• Support the implementation and maintenance of data governance and reporting standards
• Document reporting processes, report definitions, and data requirements

Process Improvement and Project Support

• Support recruitment operations projects and process improvement initiatives
• Participate in the enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards, and recruitment tracking mechanisms

Recruitment Systems and Analytics Support

• Maintain recruitment dashboards, reporting databases, and tracking tools
• Utilize available analytical tools and techniques to support recruitment performance analysis

Compliance

• Ensure that all company policies, procedures, programs and instruction are carried out
• Be familiar and understand Pru Life UK Compliance Standards. Must be fully aware of his/her responsibilities and competent to carry them out to the required standards. Must report all compliance matters openly and honestly to their Compliance Officer in accordance with the reporting requirements operated by the Compliance Officer. Must operate a process within his/her department to ensure that all relevant compliance matters are identified and reported

Job Qualifications
