Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Good communication skills verbal and written.
• Must have at least one year experience in recruitment. (Fresh Grads are welcome to apply).
• Experience in volume hiring is preferred.
• File maintenance, computer literate, strong attention to details.
• Willing to work in Makati City

Responsibilities

• Ensures that the required numbers of candidate interviews are met by consistently scheduling potential candidates with the use of traditional and non-traditional sourcing and recruitment techniques.
• Responsible in posting job advertisements through different job posting websites.
• In charge in resume screening and initial phone interview screening.
• In charge in administering online application.
• In charge in the collection of pre-employment requirements.
• Knows how to coordinate with various Educational Institution for Career Fair/Talks.
• Maintain and update recruitment database and monitor workable candidates.
• Sends daily recruitment report to HR Manager and re calibrates souring initiatives as needed.
• In-Charge in new employees contract signing and on boarding orientation
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
