Asian Terminals Inc. (ATI) seeks an experienced recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening to placement and employment documentation.

The role emphasizes process efficiency, industry networking, and compliance. You will build networks with industry contacts, manage job postings, coordinate with payroll, and supervise the recruitment team while advising hiring managers on interviewing techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, HR or a four-year Business course.
• 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in logistics.
• Good communication and interviewing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

• Identifies the best recruitment approach for hiring different job profiles and functions.
• Conducts job interviews to ensure candidates meet requirements.
• Explores market best practices in recruitment and placement.
• Researches suitable job advertising options and platforms.
• Keeps knowledge of labor law up-to-date to ensure compliance.
• Builds relationships with internal customers and external agencies.
• Participates in job fairs and career events.
• Supervises the recruitment team and reports on performance.
• Advises hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
• Minimizes costs in recruitment processes.
• Maintains online job postings and posting requirements on portals.
• Manages applicants’ database and employee information in HRIS.
• Coordinates with payroll for new hires.
• Submits recruitment progress reports.

• Compiles and maintains 201 files of management employees.

Responsible for the end‑to‑end recruitment from sourcing, screening, developing network through industry contacts and placement activities and employment documentation.

Key Accountabilities

• Identifies the best recruitment approach for hiring different job profiles and functions
• Conducts job interviews to ensure candidates skills and qualification match the job requirements
• Explores market best practices in the recruitment and placement of employees
• Conducts research to identify and select suitable job advertising options
• Maintains up‑to‑date knowledge of labor law, implementing required changes to keep company recruitment processes compliant
• Builds quality relationship with internal customers and external recruitment agencies. Addresses managers concerns regarding recruitment issues
• Participates in job fairs and career events
• Supervises the recruitment team and report on its performance
• Advises hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
• Minimizes cost incurred in a recruitment process
• Prepares and maintains online job posting requirements in career website and other online job portals.
• Maintains the applicants’ database and employee information using the HRIS.
• Coordinates with payroll on the set up of newly hired employees.
• Prepares and submits recruitment progress reports.
• Monitors and ensures that all the hiring requirements are budgeted and approved
• Compiles and maintains 201 files of management employees.

Qualities, Skills and Experience

• Graduate of Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resources or any four‑year Business course
• With 2–4‑year work experience in talent acquisition preferably from a logistics industry
• With good communication and interviewing skills
• Proficient in MS Office
