Job summary

Percepta is seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader to direct a team of recruiters across local and remote locations, handling full-cycle recruitment and building strong partnerships with hiring managers. The role requires strategic vision, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-volume recruitment, leadership of distributed teams, and strong sourcing knowledge using social media

Qualifications

• 5 years (Mid-level) of progressive recruitment experience in a high-volume environment
• 2+ years (Practiced) leading a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists (some remote)
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques using social media
• Experience with an applicant tracking system
• College recruiting experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to recruiting professionals to meet hiring needs
• Perform full cycle recruiting and maintain relations with hiring managers and candidates
• Develop recruiting vision and establish candidate pipelines
• Track requisitions in ATS and ensure recruitment metrics are met
• Lead sourcing programs for multiple regions and travel as needed
