The role emphasizes RFQs, POs, supplier risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to improve performance.

The candidate will work with aerospace suppliers, apply procurement tools, and coordinate with BU to mitigate delays and unlock improvements across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• University degree with 8+ years of relevant experience; advanced degree with 5+ years acceptable.
• In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience may apply.

Responsibilities

• Execute buyer standard work to manage a group of suppliers and ensure on-time delivery.
• Process and maintain RFQs, purchase orders and portal activities for suppliers.
• Analyze and monitor contract performance for compliance with obligations.
• Manage supplier relationships and supplier risk using procurement tools.
• Address shortages with stakeholders and drive action to close gaps.
• Create Line of Balance and WIP Tracker to indicate recovery status when needed.
