Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration) is required, Master’s preferred.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) with inventory management tools.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• No disciplinary actions within the past year; at least a year in current position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily supply chain operations including purchasing, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Monitor stock levels, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning for optimal inventory.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead and mentor junior staff in the supply chain team for high performance.
• Implement and enforce best practices in procurement and logistics procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., customs, transport, environment).
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to align activities.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and supply chain digitization efforts.
• Adhere to and promote EH&S practices across the site.
