Job summary

Elevate Calls is seeking an experienced Recruitment Staff to join our Manila team. You will develop and execute strategic recruitment plans, oversee the full recruitment process, and manage the recruitment team.

Responsibilities include building talent pipelines, interviewing candidates, negotiating offers, and ensuring regulatory compliance, with a focus on delivering top talent for our organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment and selection.
• Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and retain top talent.
• Establish relationships with universities, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on qualifications and requirements.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for fit and compatibility.
• Negotiate salary and benefit packages with successful candidates.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Track recruitment metrics and report to management.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment processes.
• Stay up to date with recruitment trends and best practices.
