Indie Campers Philippines Inc is offering one of the most exciting HR Internships in Manila—an opportunity to grow, learn, and make an impact from day one. Based in our Manila Office, you’ll join a skilled People team on a 6‑month internship with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and onboarding.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience across the full candidate cycle and collaborate with teams across Europe, North America, and Oceania, contributing to People & Culture initiatives and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, or a related field (mandatory).
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (mandatory).
• People person – proactive, curious, and comfortable interacting with candidates and team.
• Ambitious, eager to learn and excited to be part of a growing international company.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition from A‑Z for assigned areas and profiles.
• Source candidates across Europe through online channels, local sources, partnerships, and referrals.
• Conduct and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
• Assist onboarding processes for new joiners.
• Collaborate on People & Culture topics and team initiatives.
• Build strong talent pipelines and relationships with candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the Indie Campers employer brand.
• Participate in strategic HR meetings and internal projects.
