Job summary

• 2–3 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to liaise with internal departments to shape hiring profiles.
• Strong knowledge of hiring platforms and sourcing channels.
• Proven ability to screen, shortlist, and interview candidates.
• Experience building employer brand and candidate relationships.
• Ability to document processes and stay current with industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
