Job summary

Qualifications

• 9 months to 1 year of recruitment-related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the process.
• Create and publish job advertisements.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Facilitate job offers and pre-employment requirements.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline.
• Track recruitment metrics and KPIs.
