Job summary

Genfinity is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Coordinator in the Philippines to support a fast-paced TA team. You will handle interview scheduling, onboarding tasks, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.

You will build strong relationships with managers, interviewers, recruiters and HRBP’s, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with location-specific laws. This is a project-based role ending January 31, 2027, with a graveyard shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Qualifications

• College graduate of any 4‑year course.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or project coordination, in high‑growth/fast paced environments.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with Workday as an ATS.
• Scheduling tool experience.
• Professional and positive demeanor with ownership and accountability.
• Ability to prioritize and execute in a reactive, ambiguous high‑pressure environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Curiosity on why we work the way we do.

Responsibilities

• Support a fast-paced Talent Acquisition department with all interview scheduling and by providing a seamless candidate experience from start to finish
• Build trusting relationships with managers, interviewers, recruiters and HRBP’s to collaborate and drive performance.
• Run point on all onboarding tasks and questions for new hires; including but not limited to: background check management and US I-9 verification paperwork
• Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and optimizing scheduling efficiency
• Quality checks offer documentation to remove errors, ensure consistency and comply with location specific laws and regulations
