Job summary

TTEC in Bacolod, Philippines is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team onsite. You will recruit qualified talents, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage offers and onboarding to meet client hiring needs.

The role requires at least 2 years of recruiting experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the drive to achieve aggressive hiring goals while upholding TTEC’s hiring policies and values.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruiting qualified talents to meet aggressive associate hiring requirements for specific clients.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
• Prepare and analyze recruitment weekly/monthly reports.
• Represent TTEC at job fairs and community events.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and client requirements.
