Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Associate – Contractor to join our Talent Acquisition Team and help shape the future of global commerce.

Source candidates through multiple channels, coordinate interviews, manage candidate records in Workday, and support onboarding while ensuring timely updates for stakeholders. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and HR to meet staffing targets in a high-volume, fast-paced environment across the globe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, customer service, or administrative support is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial resume screening and pre-qualification of applicants based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and update application statuses in Workday and other recruitment trackers.
• Monitor recruitment pipelines and provide timely status updates to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Assist in preparing and extending employment offers and collecting pre-employment requirements.
