The candidate will drive strategies beyond a single channel, leveraging AI and automation to generate, test and scale growth ideas, optimize CRO, and improve LTV and contribution margins across paid media, emails

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' performance/growth marketing experience.
• Strong preference for Australian, UK or US performance marketing/e-commerce agency experience.
• Experience personally managing AUD $20,000+ per month in paid media, preferably $50,000+.
• Demonstrated experience scaling ecommerce businesses.
• Strong understanding of CRO and creative testing.
• Knowledge of attribution, GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI and tracking.
• Commercial understanding of CAC, MER, ROAS, contribution margin and LTV.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own and continually improve the entire customer acquisition journey.
• Manage and optimise Google Ads, including strategy, budgets, audiences, testing and scaling.
• Improve landing pages, website & checkout conversion, offers and subscription conversion.
• Develop and test ads, hooks and creative strategies; measure commercial results.
