• Experience with RDBMS, SQL and web-based applications/tools.
• Proficient in test plan creation, testing procedures and execution.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for system configuration and testing during implementations and production support.
• Develops comprehensive test plans and executes testing for web apps, data imports, batch jobs, reports and extracts.
• Coordinates issues identified during testing with developers and drives resolution.
• Performs impact analysis and regression testing during releases.
• Defines and updates system tables as needed.
• Meets deadlines and supports client and team inquiries.
• Contributes to standardized workflows and methodologies for quality and profitability.
• Participates in national line of business deployment processes and sessions.
