Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in Philippines is seeking a Business Analyst 1 (BA1) to support global benefits administration services. You will build foundational expertise in client plan design, system functionality, and operational processes while ensuring accurate data processing and timely resolution of client and vendor inquiries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare, pension, or benefits administration.
• Proven experience in case management, research, and handling escalations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day benefits administration activities, including case resolution and data updates.
• Own annual enrollment activities: documentation updates, plan year procedure management, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain and update processing documentation, calendars, and procedures.
• Manage and monitor case volumes, trends, and process updates; communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Respond to client and internal queries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide training and guidance on client-specific processes when needed.
• Support onboarding, transitions, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Provide backup support to BSA as required.
