Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in Manila is seeking a systems test and configuration specialist to drive implementation and production testing of web apps, data imports, and reports. You will coordinate with developers and client teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work in virtual, globally distributed teams while maintaining focus on quality and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related area.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience or training in RDBMS, SQL, Web-based applications and tools.
• Experience with test plan creation, testing procedures and test plan execution is required.
• Experience in Financials, HR or Benefits domains is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience working with the US is preferred.
• Ability to work on virtual teams with geographically dispersed members.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with focus on assigned projects and quality.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for system configuration and testing during implementations and production support.
• Develops comprehensive test plans and executes testing for web apps, data imports, batch jobs, reports and extracts.
• Coordinates issues identified during testing with developers and pushes to resolution.
• Performs impact analysis and regression testing during releases.
• Defines and updates system tables as needed.
• Collaborates with the team to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
• Coaches and trains team members on best practices and knowledge.
