Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, governance, compliance, or risk management, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in governance, compliance, internal controls, and project portfolio management.
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and PMO governance.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred; PMP/Agile/Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

Job description

As a Strategic Projects and Governance Department Head, you will be responsible for leading the Governance and Strategic Projects Units within the Contact Center Channel Division, ensuring alignment of governance, compliance, and project management standards with organizational goals. You will oversee project portfolios, governance performance, resource management, and risk mitigation, while serving as a key advisor on governance, compliance, and project delivery.

How you'll contribute

• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls, while overseeing governance documentation, compliance reporting, committee governance, and timely completion of action items.
• Lead project portfolios across Contact Center initiatives, overseeing planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and adherence to PMO standards and governance requirements.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks across projects and governance activities, conducting regular reviews to address compliance gaps, delays, and critical issues.
• Manage and develop project managers and governance staff, ensure timely governance and project reporting, and drive continuous improvement and accountability.

What we’re looking for
