Job summary

Emapta Philippines seeks a Systems Integration Engineer to advance complex integrations using PHP, REST APIs, and Azure messaging. You will own backend services, connect diverse applications, and ensure reliable data exchange. This six-month onsite engagement offers daily shifts and opportunities to collaborate with global teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in integration or backend roles, strong SQL skills, and hands-on Azure experience, with a focus on scalable, fault-tolerant architectures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in systems integration, backend development, or a related technical role.
• Experience developing backend applications or services using PHP.
• Hands-on experience connecting and integrating different applications or systems.
• Experience working with REST APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with application interfaces, integration workflows, and messaging technologies.
• Knowledge of event-driven systems and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, particularly integration or messaging capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database querying.
• Understanding of system integration, data exchange, error handling, and application reliability.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams.

• Develop and maintain applications, APIs, interfaces, integrations, workflows, and reliable data exchange solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions.
