Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing and Customer Service associate to support our logistics operations in Metro Manila. You will handle order processing, respond to emails, and prepare reports to ensure accurate data for all shipments and customer inquiries.

The role requires basic Excel skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work with teammates to meet daily productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel functions like VLOOKUP.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Experience in customer service.
• Able to collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing orders.
• Answering emails.
• Making reports.
• Keeping data accurate for all items in/out.
• Answering queries from customers via any communication channel.

• UPDATING ACCURATELY IN THE SYSTEM OF ALL THE SHIPMENTS

Requirements

• Has knowledge to Microsoft Application (esp. vlook-up and basic formula's)
• Can work under pressure.
• Has knowledge in customer service.
• Can collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
• Willing to work overtime, rest day and/or holidays.
