• The IT GFS Service Operations Excellence team delivers system operations services, incident and problem management, and fulfillment of service requests, among others.
• We are looking for a Systems Analyst who can fill the role of System Lead for select global systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Application support (incident and problem management)
• Application catalog (service requests)
