Conduct investigation and analysis to identify the requirements of the system users and the process or functions that needs to be improved. Conduct system audit on a quarterly basis for assigned audit items. Prepare and update system documentation. Provide system education to end-users.

Qualifications:

• Experience related to task is an advantage
