Job summary

SuiteWorks is seeking a System Analyst to study IT systems and align them with business needs. You will coordinate with clients, work with development teams, and analyze data to deliver targeted system improvements.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience in system analysis or IT consulting, strong SQL skills, and good English communication. Night/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any program or CS/IT related field.
• Proven experience in client coordination and project management.
• 2–5 years in system analysis, software development, or IT consulting.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements to technical specs.
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL analysis.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to work at night/shift or weekends.

Job description

The System Analyst studies the capabilities of IT systems to meet business needs, and, through expertise in software interactions and systems design, provides highly specialized service to clients.

Responsibilities

1. Accomplish client requests. Closely coordinate with clients. Identify specifications, functional capabilities and resources available. Provide and execute solutions.


2. Partner with software development and support teams to bring together efforts and line up with client expectations. Analyze and report relevant data. Manage projects.


3. Develop system enhancements. Monitor system performance, propose and plan for system improvements, conduct systems testing and implementation.


4. Research technologies and best practices, and seek opportunities to assimilate. Share knowledge through instruction, demonstration, and orientation.


5. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree of any program, BSIT, BSCS, or any Computer Related Degree


2. Proven experience in client coordination, project management, and system enhancement initiatives.


3. At least minimum of 2–5 years of experience in system analysis, software development, or IT consulting.


4. Experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.


5. Demonstrates strong knowledge of database management systems and SQL analysis.


6. Good English communication skills.


7. Experienced working at night, on shifting schedules, or on weekends
