Job summary

Samsung Electro-Mechanics Phils. Corp. is seeking a systems engineer to coordinate with other departments, analyze user requirements, and design and maintain development systems.

The role involves planning, testing to ensure outputs meet expectations, monitoring and supporting operations, and preparing system documentation for end-users.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Computer Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
• IT-related work experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other departments to identify system users' requirements and the processes to be developed or improved.
• Plan and design systems for development and maintenance.
• Conduct thorough system/program testing to ensure outputs meet expected results before implementation.
• Monitor, stabilize, and provide operation support for developed systems.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science

Job description

Coordinate with other departments & conduct investigation and analysis to identify the requirements of the system users and the process or functions that needs to be developed and improved. Responsible for Planning and Design of system for development and its maintenance. Conduct thorough system/program testing to ensure that the system/program will perform according to desired output prior implementation.

Responsible for monitoring, stabilization and operation support to developed system. Prepare and update system documentation (System Manual, Program Specs, Test scenario and project documentations). Provide system education to end-users.
