Job summary

SAMSUNG ELECTRO-MECHANICS Philippines Corp. (SEMPHIL) seeks a systems analyst to gather user requirements, plan and design software systems, and conduct comprehensive tests to ensure expected outcomes before deployment.

You will monitor and support system operations, maintain documentation, and provide end-user training to ensure a stable, scalable technology environment across departments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Computer Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent.
• IT related work experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other departments to identify user requirements and system improvements.
• Plan and design systems for development and maintenance, and conduct thorough testing.
• Monitor, stabilize, and provide operation support; document system specs and manuals; train end-users.

Job description

Coordinate with other departments & conduct investigation and analysis to identify the requirements of the system users and the process or functions that needs to be developed and improved. Responsible for Planning and Design of system for development and its maintenance. Conduct thorough system/program testing to ensure that the system/program will perform according to desired output prior implementation.

Responsible for monitoring, stabilization and operation support to developed system. Prepare and update system documentation (System Manual, Program Specs, Test scenario and project documentations). Provide system education to end-users.
