Job summary

International Design Services, Inc. in Manila area is seeking a capable IT/BA professional to coordinate information gathering and support development teams. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring high-quality references, and guiding pre-development meetings.

The candidate will closely work with Business Analysts, maintain documentation such as User Guides, and ensure timely updates to superiors. Office-based in Cubao–Quezon City with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of related experience preferred, fresh graduates welcome.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, organisational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; able to work with minimal supervision.

What we’re looking for

• A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of related experience preferred, but fresh gradutates are also welcome to apply.

• Ability to work in an Agile environment.

• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, organisational, and analytical skills

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Can work with minimal supervision.

• Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City (office-based)

• Can start ASAP.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and process information needed for the software in development.

• Understand the requirements of the Business Analysts and provide necessary references and resources for development and testing.

• Ensure that all references and resources are provided and of the highest quality for development and testing.

• Support and assist other stakeholders with their inquiries.

• Spearhead and drive the meetings for discussion before development to ensure alignment.

• Conduct high-level functional testing to ensure the system's uniformity and that all the requirements have been met.

• Provide post-development documentation, including but not limited to User Guide and Release Notes.

• Inform and update the immediate superior on the assigned tasks and the skills that need to be improved.

• Responsible for proper time keeping of task assignments through the timesheets, which form part of the management review process.

• Help the company improve by actively participating in any activities and discussions within the company.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and collaboration tools like Figma.

• Basic understanding of system architecture. Experience with Desktop Applications is a plus.

• Knowledgeable in hardware and software technologies.
