Qualifications

• Experience in Conversational AI is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and optimize credit availments from existing clients through effective digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with supervisors and stakeholders to define campaign objectives and translate them into measurable metrics.
• Analyze past campaign results and industry trends to generate actionable insights.
• Design and develop backend digital infrastructure to support business campaigns.
• Write, test, and refine code and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Monitor system performance post-deployment and resolve issues.
• Maintain expertise in digital platforms and tools.

What the role will entail

• Acquire new customers and optimize credit availments from existing clients through effective digital campaigns
• Collaborate with supervisors and stakeholders to define campaign objectives and translate them into measurable metrics
• Analyze past campaign results and industry trends to generate actionable insights for sales, marketing, and operations
• Design and develop backend digital infrastructure to support business campaigns, from requirements gathering to system deployment
• Write, test, and refine code; conduct internal simulations and direct user acceptance testing to ensure system integrity
• Monitor system performance post-deployment and resolve issues raised during UAT to ensure continuous improvement
• Maintain up-to-date expertise in digital platforms and tools, while aligning with governance, quality standards, and training requirements
