Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in two or more IT disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years in Technology Architecture.
• Strong understanding of diverse technologies and platforms.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technology Architecture with exposure to digital transformation projects such as cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, containerization, and DevSecOps
• Strong understanding of diverse technologies, platforms, and operating environments
• Familiarity with product management, agile methodologies, and architectural support for agile teams
• Experience delivering presentations to senior executives and technical audiences
• Banking experience is an advantage but not required
• Knowledge of banking systems (Core Banking, Loan Management, Cards, ATM Host) is an advantage
• Knowledge of EastWest systems such as Temenos or Narada is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Establish the To-Be Technology Architecture aligned with business needs.
• Develop the Technology Architecture roadmap and coordinate with internal teams.
• Ensure alignment of Technology Architecture with Enterprise Architecture standards
• Establish and maintain Technology Architecture standards and design repositories
• Provide guidance to project teams on architecture compliance and conduct necessary checks or audits
• Serve as consultant to business, development, infrastructure, and architecture teams on project design and solutioning
• Present reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management as needed

Our Technology Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati in the role of Technology Architect.

In this role, you will support the development of the banks Technology Architecture by documenting current-state architecture, establishing the future-state architecture, and helping drive the execution of the technology roadmap. You will ensure architectural consistency across initiatives, provide guidance on solution designs, and collaborate with various teams to support the banks digital transformation efforts.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Systems Analysis, or a related field; postgraduate degree is an advantage
• TOGAF Certification is an advantage but not required
• At least 8 years of experience in two or more IT disciplines (technology architecture, server/network administration, database management, cloud administration, etc.)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technology Architecture with exposure to digital transformation projects such as cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, containerization, and DevSecOps
• Strong understanding of diverse technologies, platforms, and operating environments
• Good understanding of emerging technology trends and their application to business models
• Familiarity with product management, agile methodologies, and architectural support for agile teams
• Experience in delivering presentations to senior executives and technical audiences
• Banking experience is an advantage but not required
