Qualifications

• Experience in server systems support and maintenance, Windows and SQL Server environments.
• Hands-on experience in server deployment and infrastructure configuration.
• Knowledge of hardware maintenance and software issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Support the reliability, performance, and continuity of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Provide technical assistance and resolve system-related concerns.
• Oversee server environments and related infrastructure requirements.
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and infrastructure transitions.
• Support database operations and application functionality.
• Contribute to system security, maintenance, and recovery readiness.
