Emapta Global in Ortigas, Mandaluyong area, is seeking a System Administrator to ensure infrastructure reliability, continuity, and rapid problem resolution. This full-time role focuses on server systems support across Windows and SQL Server, with hands-on deployment and infrastructure configuration.

You will maintain IT systems, assist with upgrades, document procedures, and collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years IT experience, with at least 1 year in technical support.
• Experience in server systems support and maintenance across Windows and SQL Server environments.
• Hands-on experience in server deployment, system installation, and infrastructure configuration.

Responsibilities

• Support the reliability, performance, and continuity of IT systems and infrastructure
• Provide technical assistance and resolve system-related concerns
• Oversee server environments and related infrastructure requirements
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and infrastructure transitions
• Support database operations and application functionality
• Contribute to system security, maintenance, and recovery readiness
• Identify technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on technical matters
• Support the resolution and escalation of complex technical incidents

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 1 year in technical support.
• Proven experience in server systems support and maintenance, preferably across Windows and SQL Server environments
• Hands-on experience in server deployment, system installation, and infrastructure configuration
• Practical knowledge of hardware maintenance and upgrades, system transitions, and software issue resolution
