Job summary

SolarWinds is seeking an experienced Network Administrator/Systems Administrator to join our global support team in the Philippines. You will handle technical troubleshooting for a multi-server environment, coordinate with support teams, and communicate complex issues clearly to customers and internal teams.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, familiarity with MS SQL databases, Windows Server, and networking devices, with a willingness to work 24/7/365 in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

2+ years in Network/System Administration with multi-server environments.
Experience installing, servicing and administering complex networks.
Knowledge of MS SQL and databases is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Respond to and initiate technical troubleshooting via phone, email, and remote sessions.
Communicate complex tech info to non-technical customers and colleagues.
Manage support tickets within CRM systems following best practices.
Collaborate with Advanced Support and Development teams to resolve issues promptly.
Develop product knowledge and contribute to knowledge base articles.
Work in a 24/7/365 environment and support global customers.
