Radii Global seeks an seasoned Manufacturing Engineer to drive New Product Introduction from design handoff to mass production. You will work closely with hardware and design teams during early development stages and apply DFM principles to ensure high-yield, cost-efficient production.
The role requires hands-on experience with fixtures, equipment, and process flow development, as well as willingness to travel to Asia-based CM/ODM partners for on-site support.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably within a CM/ODM consumer electronics environment.
Proven experience managing NPI (New Product Introduction) activities from design handoff through production ramp-up and mass production.
Strong knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturability), particularly precision assembly, sealing, adhesives, and injection molding.
Hands-on experience in the specification, development, and validation of manufacturing fixtures, equipment, and process flows.
Experience working closely with hardware/design engineering teams during early product development stages, including pre-EVT, DVT, and PVT.
Knowledge of yield analysis, process capability studies (Cpk), and Design of Experiments (DOE).
Familiarity with CM/ODM manufacturing environments across Asia, with experience supporting partners such as Foxconn, Pegatron, Wistron, Samsung, or similar manufacturers.
Willingness and ability to travel to Asia-based manufacturing sites and provide on-site support during product builds.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Controls, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience supporting Apple iPhone or Samsung Galaxy programs.
Proficiency in NX, CATIA, or SolidWorks CAD software.
Hands-on experience with GR&R (Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility) and tolerance stack-up/stack analysis.
Exposure to metal fabrication, CNC machining, and precision cosmetic finishing processes.
Lean / Six Sigma certification, preferably Green Belt or above.
Experience with leak testing, ultrasonic welding, and laser welding processes.
Mandarin or Vietnamese language skills are an advantage for effective collaboration with CM/ODM manufacturing partners.
