The role involves executing scheduled jobs, monitoring performance, backing up data, and coordinating with IT support to resolve incidents. You will work within a Scrum-oriented environment, collaborating with the team and clients to maintain data integrity and uninterrupted business operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate computer systems, servers, and applications to ensure continuous availability.
• Execute and monitor scheduled batch jobs and operational processes.
• Verify successful completion of system jobs and investigate failures.
• Perform startup, shutdown, and restart of systems as required.
• Record incidents and operational activities for tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Network, Database, and Applications teams during resolution.
• Provide first-level operational support for production systems and deployments.
• Maintain operational checklists and runbooks; ensure SOPs are followed.
• Prepare daily operations logs and shift reports; submit to supervisors.
