Job summary

ALSTOM Transport Construction Philippines Inc. is seeking a System Integration and Validation Lead to define and implement on-site I&V strategy for railway projects in Ortigas, Manila, Philippines.

The role collaborates with the Requirement Manager, System Engineering, and Subsystems to ensure timely validation and evidence collection. Candidates should have an engineering background with 5–10 years in the railway sector, knowledge of V&V cycle logic, and experience with DOORS or ComplyPro;

Qualifications

• Graduate from Engineering school or Equivalent.
• Desirable: Electrical and mechanical diploma/degree.
• Strong understanding of the V&V cycle logic.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the railway industry.
• Experience using DOORS or ComplyPro.
• Capability in KPI creation for T&C progress.
• International project experience.
• Solid background in Railway E&M system integration / System Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define on site the System Integration & Validation strategy with the VTA manager.
• Coordinate Validation methods with Subsystems via Requirement Manager & System Engineering.
• Manage the I&V process timeline and collection of Validation evidence.
• Coordinate I&V activities for system-level scenarios with the VTA manager.
• Pilot the Testing program with System Testing Manager and VTA Manager.
