Job summary

ALSTOM Transport Construction Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure in Ortigas, Manila, Philippines.

You will own the Project Management Work Package, coordinate subsystem governance, and lead cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver railway projects on time and within budget. The role requires a Master's degree, 10+ years in project management within the railway sector, and strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to drive customer

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or related field.
• IPMA Level B certification is advantageous.
• 10+ years of project management experience in railway/infra industry.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for project QCDP performance and optimize project financial performance (margin & cash).
• Own the Project Management Work Package and lead all activities of the WP.
• Define strategy for Subsystem governance, including PMP elaboration and objectives allocation to Sub-Systems.
• Lead and coordinate project activities and stakeholders from transfer to close-out, including objective definition, resource management, and staffing.
• Manage risks, KPI reporting, and ensure compliance with contract requirements and standards.
