Job summary

Alstom in Ortigas, Manila, Philippines is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure to lead complex railway projects. You will own the Project Management Work Package and guide multi‑site teams through transfer, execution, and close‑out while optimizing QCDP metrics.

The ideal candidate has a Master's in engineering and 10+ years in railway project management, with IPMA B or equivalent and strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Graduated from engineering school with a Master's Degree.
• IPMA level B (or equivalent) is an advantage.
• 10+ years of experience as a project manager in railway industry with special focus on DC Traction power supply and depot equipment.
• Experience of working in and with multinational companies in different business cultures.
• Knowledge of Alstom ways of working for efficient process execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the Project Management Work Package (WP) and optimize project performance (QCDP).
• Define strategy for Subsystem governance in line with contract requirements.
• Lead and coordinate project activities and stakeholders from transfer to close-out.
• Manage resources, staffing, and escalation when needs differ from availability.
• Ensure alignment with contractual requirements and manage changes and variations.
• Report project KPIs to senior management with transparency.
