Job summary

Smart Communications, Inc. is seeking a Systems Security and Administration Specialist to support client training, project inputs, and comprehensive data gathering across BRD, FSD, and UAT artifacts.

The role emphasizes timely status reporting, data quality, and secure system governance. Responsibilities include monitoring RAFM servers, implementing backup/archiving, and ensuring proper turnover to operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or Data Analytics.
• Minimum 2 years as programmer/developer.
• Experience in system development, operations, project management and data analytics.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Customer service oriented with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Performs training/walkthrough of clients on proper use of the developed system, application or tool.
• Provides inputs/add-ons on assigned projects (Project Management).
• Performs data gathering and documentation (BRD, FSD, UAT Test scripts, Turn over docs).
• Regularly updates and reports status of delivered/handled projects and escalates issues as necessary.
• Ensures proper turn-over of developed systems to SDA – Operations and Maintenance team for monitoring.
• Monitors RAFM maintained server utilization and capacity.
• Implements data purging, backup, archiving and Tech Refresh.
• Finetunes RAFM System databases and ensure data quality.
• Monitors availability of data sources fed to and from RAFM servers.
• Fulfills adhoc request from RAFM users related to data processing and extraction.
• Implements system security, control, and maintenance procedures.
• Reviews RAFM user access profile and endorse to IT DataTech for correction/implementation.
• Monitors and manages RAFM Internal Systems User access and roles Information System Governance.
• Performs investigation and resolution of alarms occurrences.
• Monitors SLA compliance on issue resolution and system restoration.
• Escalates unresolved issues to immediate head requiring management intervention.
• Implements remediation on identified issues.
• Monitors compliance of RAFM users on Governance policies.
