Assists in the design, development, and maintenance of applications. Analyzes programs and/or applications, evaluates hardware and software, conducts trainings, documents systems, works with the application developers to manages projects- special projects, supports and maintains applications, evaluates hardware and software, and provides end-user support within the limits of IT-supported systems and/or projects with the objective of complying the Enterprise IT policies and procedures, IT General Computer Controls, and internal Service Level Agreement.

- Analysis and Solutions Definition
- Documents client organization’s direction, structure, business process and requirements.
- Research client organization’s industry and competitive position.
- Assists in the collection and consolidation of required information and data.
- Technical Recommendation and Testing
- Accurately and efficiently executes test plans.
- Assembles and documents all test results.
- Retest as necessary
Project Execution
- Understands project plans and can clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timeliness.
- Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately apply comments/feedback.
- Adheres to project standards defined by project management.
- Accurately employs our methodology and documentation tools.
- Proactively carries out project support/administrative functions.
- Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans and manages time effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies major in Information Systems or related IT course from a reputable college/university
- Knowledge in the SDLC methodology. Other methodologies are preferred but not required
- Preferred but not required: knowledge in any of the following programming languages
- HTML Scripting
- Knowledge in any of the following database systems; MS/SQL
