Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Operations Professional to manage inbound and outbound transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in our warehouse systems. You will coordinate with operations, inventory and IT teams, monitor SLAs, generate reports, and help resolve system-related issues while supporting continuous improvements in warehouse processes.

This on-site role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant experience at the San Rafael

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any course.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain systems.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound receipts in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and on time.
• Validate inbound documents against actual received quantities.
• Generate put-away tasks and monitor completion of inbound transactions.
• Investigate and report receiving discrepancies, shortages, overages, and damages.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Operations and Inventory teams to resolve inbound transaction issues.
• Process customer orders and generate picking, packing, and dispatch tasks in the system.
• Ensure timely release of orders based on customer service level agreements (SLAs).
• Validate outbound transactions and shipment confirmations prior to dispatch.
• Monitor order status and support resolution of system-related order issues.
• Ensure accurate documentation and completion of dispatch transactions.
• Generate operational reports related to inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.
• Monitor transaction performance and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, Inventory, and IT teams regarding system concerns.
• Escalate system issues that may impact operations, inventory accuracy, or customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any course
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain systems.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory management applications is preferred.

• Willing to be assigned and work on-site in San Rafael Davao Regional Distribution Center San Rafael Davao City.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.
