Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Philippines seeks a Warehouse Associate for the San Rafael Davao Regional Distribution Center. You will receive deliveries, unload, sort, inspect goods, and record with WMS or RF scanners. You will pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Requirements: high school graduate, basic computer skills, ability to lift heavy items, willingness to work shifts including weekends and holidays. Warehousing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Receiving Operations

• Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantity and condition against supporting documents.
• Perform unloading, sorting, and initial inspection of products.
• Ensure accurate system transactions for received goods using Warehouse Management System (WMS) or RF scanners.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages.

Picking & Packing Operations

• Pick customer orders accurately according to pick lists, system instructions, and customer requirements.
• Ensure proper handling, packing, labeling, and staging of goods for shipment.
• Achieve productivity and accuracy targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct verification checks to minimize picking and packing errors.

Dispatch Operations

• Prepare orders for loading and dispatch in accordance with delivery schedules.
• Assist in loading vehicles while ensuring proper product handling and load security.
• Verify shipment documentation before dispatch.
• Ensure timely completion of dispatch activities to support customer service commitments.

Requirements

• At least High School graduate.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, or inventory operations is preferred.
• Willing to do heavy lifting of items
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory handling.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners or mobile devices
• Willing to be assigned and work on-site in San Rafael Davao Regional Distribution Center.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and moving products as required.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
