Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an IT Administrator to design, organize, and modify the company’s computer systems. You will assess systems to ensure they operate effectively and implement improvements based on data gathered.

You will maintain office network infrastructure, coordinate with ISPs and VOIP vendors, set up and support Linux laptops, troubleshoot equipment, handle procurement, and manage internal IT projects while promoting security best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent is required.
• Fluency in spoken Tagalog and English is expected.
• Experience with network administration and Linux systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support office network infrastructure and hardware.
• Coordinate with Telecom Service (ISP) Vendors to ensure Internet availability.
• Coordinate with VOIP Service Vendor to ensure VOIP availability.
• Setup, maintain and support office users' laptops (Linux).
