Related Work Experience

At least 3 years of working experience in system administration in Linux and Windows Environment or in a similar role.

• Database Creation and Management such as a Hardware Inventory Library.
• Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues.
• Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, and other certification is a strong plus.

Knowledge

• IT Service Operations or IT Service Management
• Complex system configuration.
• Networking Configuration.
• Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in Unix and Microsoft.
• Implementation of Automated Proactive and Reactive Monitoring Tools.
• Operating Systems – Windows, Linux - Cloud and Non-Cloud Virtualization – eg. VMWare, AWS, Azure, Rackspace, etc.
• IT Access and Network Security.
• Server Management.
• System and network infrastructure, design, installation, and deployment.
• OS: CentOS, RedHat, Ubuntu, Windows Server.
• Knowledgeable in Unix/Linux shell scripting and basic PHP programming
• Linux Services: Apache/NginX/Database/PHP
• Windows Services: AD, DHCP, DNS.
• Knowledgeable in Telco Value Added Services and SMS Protocol is a plus.
