Job summary

LCC - Liberty Commercial Center Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and performance across systems.

You will lead troubleshooting, collaborate with vendors, mentor juniors, and drive upgrades and disaster recovery planning while documenting configurations and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in systems administration or related role.
• Strong experience with Windows Server and/or Linux systems.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and security principles.
• Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and monitor servers (physical and virtual), operating systems, and core IT infrastructure.
• Administer Windows and/or Linux environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Oversee system security, access controls, patch management, and backup/recovery processes.
• Design and implement infrastructure improvements to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, network, and application issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders on infrastructure projects.
• Lead system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning.

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior system administrators.
